- Delivery fee: free on orders of S$25 and above; S$2 below S$25. Maximum 40 pouches per delivery order.
- Delivery time: standard delivery by SingPost, 3 to 5 working days after processing (within 1 working day). Shipping Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. No express option and no scheduled delivery slots.
- Free in-store pickup: when pickup is available for an order, checkout offers free pickup at the IRVINS store at Resorts World Sentosa, usually ready within an hour.
- Order tracking: a shipping confirmation email with the SingPost tracking number is sent when the order ships. Track at https://www.singpost.com/track-items
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ShopBack. Charged in SGD.
- Returns and refunds: no returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes. Refunds only for delivery problems (failed or late delivery, an order cancelled by IRVINS, missing items); exchanges only for wrong or defective products.
