# Earthweek

> Earthweek is a weekly illustrated report on the changing natural world, published since 1988. It covers severe weather, climate, earthquakes, volcanoes, oceans, wildlife and scientific discoveries, and explores what these events mean for landscapes, humans and other species around the world.

Earthweek publishes a new edition on Friday mornings. The public site is the canonical source for the current edition and the archive. Earthweek also publishes expanded stories, photographs and graphics through its Substack publication.
