# e-tailize e-tailize helps brands and retailers sell on more online marketplaces. It comes in three packages, in this order: Toolkit (you do it), Expansion (we do it together) and Takeover (we do it). Information is free: a seller gets the list of marketplaces that fit it, each linking to its integration page on this site. The work is paid: the software in the Toolkit, the applications done together in Expansion, everything run by e-tailize in the Takeover. All three run on the e-tailize marketplace integration and product information management software, which handles product data, stock and orders for 200+ marketplaces and integrations from one place. ## The three packages - EU Marketplace Toolkit (you do it: software only, self service): Start 229 euro per month up to 25,000 euro monthly marketplace revenue, Growth 449 euro up to 100,000, Scale 899 euro up to 250,000; above 250,000 the Scale fee plus 0.15% of the monthly revenue above it. The band follows the seller's combined monthly revenue on all connected marketplaces, excluding VAT and after returns, and sets the next invoice, up or down. Prepaying 12 months gives 14 months: months 13 and 14 are free. All 200+ connections included, cancel monthly. The seller applies itself to the marketplaces on its free list; each marketplace decides on admission, and help with applying is Expansion, never part of the Toolkit. Up and Running Guarantee: if the seller's shop and first marketplace are not connected and syncing within 10 working days after its input is complete (the logins of an approved marketplace account and its product file), because of e-tailize, the next month is free; once, never paid out in cash, and it covers the connection and the sync only, never a marketplace's approval, listings or orders - EU Marketplace Expansion program (we do it together: "We do the hard part, you sell."): e-tailize prepares and submits the applications to the marketplaces that fit, also via partner routes, and supports KYC and onboarding; the seller puts its products live through the e-tailize software and runs its own ads and customer service; each marketplace decides on admission. Price: from 349 euro a month, rising with the new marketplace revenue: 499 euro from 10,000 euro a month, 699 euro from 20,000, 899 euro from 40,000, 1,199 euro from 75,000, plus 0.75% of the revenue above 150,000. The first month (349 euro) is paid at signing, then monthly. Revenue counts excluding VAT and after returns, on new marketplaces e-tailize opened or worked on. Channels the seller already sold on at its first signing stay free, and new countries e-tailize adds to such a channel, after the seller's written yes, count as one new marketplace, for those countries only; a seller who stops and comes back within 12 months keeps the same baseline. Base prepay, optional once the guarantee period has ended: 4,188 euro (12 x 349 euro), not refundable, covering the first 349 euro of each monthly fee for 14 months. 90 day money back guarantee, where the quote includes it, with two cases (KYC within 4 weeks after the onboarding call; claim within 30 days after the period; lapses if not started within 6 months after signing, unless e-tailize caused it; never on an account the seller opened itself): nothing live 90 days after the seller's input is complete, because of e-tailize, and all subscription fees come back, the first month included, and the agreement ends; the new revenue of the opened marketplaces in the 90 days after half the launch range is live below the subscription fees paid, and those fees come back; each case once, for the first marketplace. The marketplace accounts e-tailize opens are in the seller's own name from day one, with the seller as seller of record. Protections: cancel any month by email; closing an account is always free, with closure evidence. Exit fees apply only to accounts e-tailize opened or worked on: keeping one to run outside e-tailize is possible from that account's paid month 7, for a one time fee of 12x the monthly fee in paid months 7 to 12, 8x in 13 to 24, 4x in 25 to 36 and zero from paid month 37 (there is no buyout before paid month 7: e-tailize opens accounts to run them with the seller, not for account farming); walking away without closure evidence, or reopening or reapplying within 6 months after closing, counts as keeping. Accounts the seller opened itself, before or after signing, without e-tailize's work, never count for the tier and leave free. Quotes made earlier keep their own terms - EU Marketplace Takeover (we do it: e-tailize runs everything, the seller only approves): a fixed fee of 1,500 euro per month from signing plus 5% of all new marketplace revenue on the marketplaces e-tailize opens or manages, for the whole term. Worked example: at 10,000 euro new marketplace revenue a month the seller pays 2,000 euro, at 75,000 euro it pays 5,250 euro. Marketplaces the seller already sells on: in the kickoff the seller chooses which ones e-tailize takes over (the scope is set together in the first onboarding). On a channel the seller already sells on and hands to e-tailize: 2.5% of its revenue up to the same month in the year before signing (less than 12 months of history: the 90 day average before signing), and 5% on the growth above it; channels are not netted against each other. The baseline is set at the first signing and stays: a seller who stops and comes back within 12 months keeps the same baseline. How it starts: the seller signs, then plans the kickoff with e-tailize, and pays the first month (1,500 euro) before or at that first meeting, whichever it prefers; work starts once the first month is paid, then it is billed monthly. What e-tailize starts in the first 3 months: marketplace applications and KYC, product data translated and listed, content on the seller's basic images, the e-tailize software set up, VAT, OSS and EPR prepared with the seller, and the first ads live; timing depends on each marketplace's admission. Term: 24 months from signing, for brands in the EU and the UK (a USA edition is not on sale yet), then monthly with 3 months notice; the seller may give that notice during the 24 months, and the Takeover then ends at the end of month 24 at the earliest. In month 18 e-tailize offers to renew months 25 to 36 as a fixed term: month 36 then carries no fixed fee if every invoice was paid on time, and the 5% runs as usual. Slow Start Guarantee: if the new marketplace revenue adds up to less than 10,000 euro over months 1 to 6, the seller chooses: months 7 to 9 without the fixed fee while e-tailize keeps working, or stop after month 6, owing nothing more; once, as long as the seller delivered on time what e-tailize needs (KYC, data, approvals) and kept to the ad budget on every live marketplace; paying the first month after the kickoff counts as a delay; by signing, the seller confirms it is willing to invest in faster delivery when e-tailize advises it. Not working later on? After month 12 either side is free to stop if the new marketplace revenue in months 7 to 12 averaged under 10,000 euro a month: by email within 30 days after month 12, ending at the end of the billing month in which the email is sent. Apart from these exits, the seller can end early only for a material breach by e-tailize. e-tailize may end the Takeover: in the first 3 months with 30 days notice, at the end of a billing month; after that with a 3 month transition in which e-tailize keeps running it and hands it over, and the fees continue; the seller then owes nothing more. The accounts opened during the Takeover, and the channels the seller already had, always stay the seller's, free: at the end of the term, at the exit after month 12 and when e-tailize ends the Takeover; there is no buyout. Nothing continues by itself after the Takeover: e-tailize then offers Expansion or the Toolkit, at the seller's choice, under a new quote, and the accounts stay free of any exit fee. bol.com asks that a bol.com account e-tailize opened stays with e-tailize for its first 6 months; if the Takeover ends earlier, the seller runs it through the e-tailize software, free, until then; then e-tailize hands it over. On the marketplace accounts e-tailize opens, not the accounts the seller already runs, every order must reach the customer within 3 working days, from the first order; otherwise bol.com can suspend or close a bol.com account and another marketplace can restrict or close its account, at the seller's risk. Included: the full e-tailize platform (listings, stock, orders) with all 200+ integrations, the shop or feed connected, products imported and translated, listings and content done (basic images are enough, AI does the rest, or e-tailize creates them), live on the marketplaces that fit the seller (sometimes bol only, sometimes more), ads set up and run on the seller's budget, continuous optimisation, stock, orders and accounts handled, calls weekly at the start and monthly once it runs well, and a monthly report. Also handled: e-tailize finds a fulfilment partner and helps set it up; customer service: even when e-tailize runs it, some questions will still reach the seller, as with Amazon FBA, and a seller who wants to keep brand control keeps answering from its own system, set up by e-tailize (same price); VAT, OSS and EPR are guided and prepared by e-tailize, the seller supplies the documents. Ad budget: each month the seller spends on advertising on each live marketplace at least 450 euro or 10% of its revenue on that marketplace in that month, whichever is higher, or the marketplace's own minimum if that is higher still, paid directly to the marketplace and not part of the fee; e-tailize does not guarantee an advertising result. Paid separately: ad spend, marketplace commissions, fulfilment costs. Built for brand owners who already sell well online (300,000 euro or more a year on a marketplace or their own shop), have the margin to grow (average price above 40 euro, room for 10% in ads and a partner fee) and can deliver EU wide from their own stock to the customer by the third working day after the order date ## What the software does - Connects sellers to 200+ marketplaces and integrations across Europe and beyond (bol, Amazon, MediaMarkt, Decathlon, Kaufland and more) - Centralizes product information management (PIM) so catalogue data stays consistent across every channel - Synchronises stock and orders between marketplaces and the seller's systems ## Site structure The site is available in four languages: English at the root, Dutch under /nl/, German under /de/, and French under /fr/. - Integrations: /integrations/ lists supported marketplaces. Each marketplace has its own page, for example /integrations/bol-com/.
