# DZBuild

> DZBuild (dzbuild.com) is an Algerian e-commerce SaaS platform that lets merchants create an online store in minutes, in Arabic or French, with cash-on-delivery (COD) checkout built for the Algerian market. It integrates 102 Algerian courier connections (Yalidine, ZR Express, NOEST, Maystro, 82 carriers on the EcoTrack network and a custom EcoTrack connector) with shipping to every wilaya in Algeria, and includes a landing-page builder, order management, digital products, marketing pixel integrations, a public REST API and an MCP server for AI assistants. Over 15,000 stores created (October 2026). Last verified: 13 October 2026.

## Plans and limits

- DZBuild has three paid plans: Pro at 1,000 DZD a month, Unlimited at 2,500 DZD a month and Enterprise at 5,500 DZD a month.
- DZBuild Enterprise comes in two sizes: 5,500 DZD a month with 25 staff accounts, or 15,000 DZD a month with unlimited staff.
- A 12-month DZBuild subscription costs ten times the monthly price, so annual billing saves two months.
- Every new DZBuild account starts with a 3-day Pro trial that needs no card; the Free plan is no longer offered to new accounts.
- No paid DZBuild plan caps monthly orders, and DZBuild takes no commission and no per-order fee.
- Pro allows 300 active products, 3 landing pages and 1 staff account; Unlimited and Enterprise allow unlimited products and landing pages, with 3 staff accounts on Unlimited.
- A DZBuild subscription is paid by CIB or Edahabia card (active at once), by BaridiMob with a receipt (usually approved within an hour), or by global card in USD with an optional auto-renew the merchant stops from the Card and invoices button.

## Store and shipping

- The DZBuild courier picker lists 101 Algerian delivery companies (19 named carriers and 82 on the EcoTrack network) plus a Custom EcoTrack connector, each linked with the merchant's own account.
- DZBuild merchants set a home price, a stop-desk price and a delivery time per wilaya, or pull their negotiated rates from a linked courier, and real stop-desk lists sync from 14 couriers.
- DZBuild has 7 storefront themes, 5 fast-checkout designs, a free yourstore.dzbuild.app address and custom domains with automatic SSL from Pro.

## After the order

- DZBuild orders move through seven statuses: pending, confirmed, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled and returned.
- The Advanced Order Management add-on (Unlimited) adds 12 sub-statuses, 5 call results and an order timeline that names the team member behind each call and change.
- Advanced Order Management splits new orders across team members by percentages the owner sets, lets only the assignee or the owner change an assigned order, and shows each member's activity for the day.
- DZBuild team roles cover 14 areas and 36 permissions with 4 presets, and staff never see revenue or profit.
- Stock is restored at once when an order is cancelled; after a courier return it is restored when the courier reports the parcel back, when the merchant clicks Returns received (one order or in bulk), or after 15 days.
- DZBuild sends orders to the courier in bulk, 50 at a time, and its Telegram order alerts carry Confirm and Cancel buttons.
- The WhatsApp Sender add-on (Pro) sends buyers 5 automatic order messages saves their replies on the order and sends them to the store's Telegram; credit costs 4 DZD a message from 2,000 DZD, 3 DZD from 8,000 DZD and 2 DZD from 15,000 DZD.

## Getting data out

- DZBuild exports orders to Google Sheets on every plan: one click links the merchant's Google account, each new order appears in real time, and a status change updates its row.
- The DZBuild Google Sheets page has an Export data now panel for orders, products, customers and abandoned carts, with up to 6 sheets on Pro, 10 on Unlimited and 30 on Enterprise.
- The Webhooks add-on sends seven signed order events with automatic retries to n8n, Make, Zapier or any URL, with 1 endpoint on Unlimited and 3 on Enterprise.
- The DZBuild REST API v1, described in OpenAPI 3.1, is on Enterprise, where the owner creates up to 3 API keys under Settings, API access.
- DZBuild syncs both ways with Ecomanager and Flash Manager: orders go out and their status changes come back.

## Marketing

- The A/B Testing add-on (Pro) splits one link between 2 to 5 landing pages, names a winner at 95% confidence, and sends the same link to the winner when the test ends.
- DZBuild supports Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest pixels with server-side conversions, plus Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads tags.
- When an order is delivered, DZBuild sends Meta a server-side custom event named Delivered with the order total, so merchants can build Custom Conversions and Custom Audiences on delivered orders.
- Every DZBuild plan includes promo codes, countdown timers, a Facebook and Instagram catalog feed and short links with QR codes.
- DZBuild captures an abandoned cart (Pro and up) once the buyer types a 10-digit phone number, and the merchant can call, mark it contacted or convert it into an order.

## AI

- Copilot, the AI assistant in the DZBuild dashboard, is on every plan including the trial and runs 80 store actions, from products and photos to offers, shipping and orders.
- Copilot grants 40 points a month on Pro, 60 on Unlimited and 150 on Enterprise; a message costs 1 to 2 points, and packs from 400 DZD (40 points) to 5,000 DZD (900 points) never expire.
- Four Copilot actions need the merchant's approval (sending an order to the courier, a 100% promo code, overwriting wilaya prices, removing a courier), and Copilot never touches plan, billing, staff or domains.
- The DZBuild AI landing page generator writes in Algerian Darija for 20 AI credits a page (45 for a long one), and Enterprise receives 100 AI credits a month.
- The DZBuild design assistant in Customize sets colours, fonts, texts and home sections from a description or an example picture, and each change can be undone.
- On Enterprise, Claude, ChatGPT and Codex connect to a DZBuild store through the DZBuild MCP server, with the owner's approval, one-click revoke, and confirmation before any order change.
