# Dynamoi

> Music promotion and distribution, built for AI agents. Dynamoi is a music promotion platform that works with any distributor: managed Meta and YouTube campaigns, free Smart Links and analytics, optional music distribution, and an MCP server for AI agents.

**About Dynamoi**

Dynamoi is a music promotion platform founded in 2021 by Trevor Loucks. It runs managed Meta and YouTube ad campaigns for independent artists, labels, managers, and YouTube creators on any distributor, alongside free Smart Links and analytics. An artist can go from a Spotify URL to a shareable release page or a running campaign in one place. Artists who want everything in one account can also distribute through Dynamoi, which adds releases and royalties to the same system.

**What Dynamoi offers**

- **Free Smart Links** — create and manage Smart Links and artist hubs from Spotify artist, album, or track URLs at no cost. Link analytics, custom themes, validated pixel IDs, and team seats are included. High-popularity or unverifiable artist links may stay unpublished in verification hold until Dynamoi can verify the client relationship.
- **Managed Smart Campaigns** — Dynamoi runs Meta ad campaigns that promote Spotify tracks, albums, and playlists.
- **YouTube campaigns** — managed campaigns on Google's ad network for YouTube channel growth. Each campaign follows a strategy (Views, Watch Time, Subscribers, Channel Growth, or Revenue for monetized channels) and is judged from the channel's own YouTube data. Every strategy except Views starts viewers in a playlist of the artist's own videos.
- **Music distribution (optional)** — an opt-in product for artists who want everything in one account; it delivers releases to 100+ stores including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Deezer, and Tidal. Dynamoi scores five requirements before an application can be submitted — including an established audience (at least 1,000 Spotify followers and 10,000 monthly listeners) and identity verification — and approval is not guaranteed. Promotion has no listener bar.

Campaigns run on Dynamoi's own managed Meta and Google ad infrastructure, so artists do not need their own Business Manager, pixels, or ad accounts. They reach real people through official ad networks, never bots, fake streams, click farms, or paid playlist placement. Results vary by campaign and are never guaranteed.

- Apps for people: dynamoi.com, the dashboard, and the iOS and Android apps.
- Agents for AI assistants and developers: the MCP server, the `dynamoi` CLI (npm and Homebrew) and agent skills. They use the same account, catalog, campaigns, credit and rules as the apps, and paid actions are always confirmed by the artist.
- Both lead with promotion, which works with any distributor: the catalog comes from the artist's Spotify and YouTube presence, whoever distributes it. Distribution is optional on both.
- AI-native creators who make music with AI tools can promote it from the assistant they already use. Optional distribution through Dynamoi keeps its rules: AI-assisted music qualifies when disclosed and the artist controls the rights; fully AI-generated tracks get manual review; voice clones, soundalikes and impersonation are rejected; the listener bar applies.
- Not offered: TikTok or Snapchat ad campaigns, playlist pitching, bots or fake streams, guaranteed results, or a requirement to distribute through Dynamoi.

## Dynamoi MCP Server

Music promotion and distribution from your AI agent. Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Codex or Cursor to check results and manage Smart Links and, where your assistant allows purchases, launch and fund Spotify and YouTube campaigns with the artist's explicit consent. Distribution is optional and application-based: artists who distribute with Dynamoi can manage releases there too.

Client ID Metadata Documents are preferred, dynamic client registration is supported, and CLI or headless agents can use the device authorization grant. One consent covers the scopes of the client's tool catalog.
- Money: agents never receive payment credentials. The directory profile has no launch, budget, billing, or checkout tools. In the full profile, every budget is funded from credit, then prepaid funds, then the saved card, so DAILY and TOTAL budgets each require the user's funding authorization (that budget type's consent version and hash), and subscriptions start only in the Dynamoi dashboard.

## Dynamoi CLI

The `dynamoi` command line runs Dynamoi from a terminal, a script, or an agent that can run shell commands.

- Install: `npx dynamoi login`, `npm install --global dynamoi`, or `brew trust getdynamoi/tap && brew install getdynamoi/tap/dynamoi`
- Sign-in: `dynamoi login` opens the browser and signs in with OAuth 2.1, PKCE (S256) and a loopback redirect to 127.0.0.1 (RFC 8252). The CLI registers itself through dynamic client registration, so there are no API keys. Tokens go to the OS keychain (or a 0600 file in ~/.config/dynamoi) and refresh on their own; `dynamoi logout` revokes them.
- Tools: a thin client of https://dynamoi.com/mcp. After sign-in it exposes the full MCP profile (39 tools) as commands, such as `dynamoi list-artists`; `dynamoi tools` lists them and `--json` prints structured results. Paid and consequential tools still need their explicit confirmation flags.

Querying it without payment credentials returns `HTTP 402 Payment Required` with a `WWW-Authenticate: Payment` challenge header. Agents satisfy the challenge with `Authorization: Payment <SPT>` (Single-Use Payment Token via Stripe PaymentIntent). Upon verification, the server streams the sanitized time series data for Master recording streaming rates (more families coming) directly. Zero Stripe Checkout Sessions are created in this flow.
