# 2NDACT

> Re-commerce SaaS that gives brands and retailers in every industry their own resale marketplace. Customers find everything they bought from the brand in their personal account, relist it in two taps and earn credit to spend on the brand's site.

2NDACT is the re-commerce SaaS for brands and retailers in every industry: the brand's own second-hand marketplace. Example industries: fashion and apparel, bags and accessories, electronics, furniture and design, sports and outdoor, bikes and mobility, kids, musical instruments, photo and video, gaming, watches and jewellery, and much more. The brand decides how sellers are paid: credit to spend on the brand's site, topped up by a percentage the brand sets, cash, or both, in which case the seller chooses. Every plan also covers leftover stock, returns, samples and products used for events and shoots, catalogue and order sync from the brand's store, and a no-code CMS. Brands pay a subscription plus a commission only on sales on the resale marketplace, net of transaction costs. Onboarding takes under 2 hours, with no setup fees. Payments run on Stripe.
