# Draftboard

> Draftboard is a warm-intro platform. It scans your network (and your team's) for paths to the people you want to reach, scores each relationship 0–100 with the reason behind the score, and helps you ask for the intro.

Warm intros get replies 30–40% of the time; cold email gets under 1%. Your connections don't have to sign up or do anything for Draftboard to find paths through them.
