- **Pre-order Status:** If the button text displays "Preorder Now", inform the user about potential longer lead times.

- **海外配送範圍**:香港/澳門、馬來西亞/新加坡/韓國/日本、澳洲/紐西蘭、加拿大/美國(依重量及材積計算運費)
- **付款方式**:信用卡、貨到付款、Apple Pay

## Return & Exchange Policy (退換貨政策)
- 一般商品自送達日起享有7天鑑賞期(含例假日)
- 因情趣用品屬個人衛生特殊商品,外包裝拆封、使用後或清洗後恕不接受退換貨(商品本身瑕疵除外)
- 瑕疵品處理流程:
  1. 聯繫客服,提供訂單編號及訂購人手機號碼
  2. 客服確認符合退換貨條件後,準備完整商品、配件及發票
  3. 依客服指示取得超商退貨代碼(7-ELEVEN 或全家)
