> Don Pablo Coffee is a family-owned specialty coffee grower and roaster based in Miami, Florida. It sells 100% Arabica, Non-GMO, specialty-grade coffee, small-batch roasted to order, as whole bean or ground in five grind sizes. The roaster also sells USDA Organic coffees (certified by CCOF), Swiss Water Process decaf, and a range of low-acid coffees. ## About

- Founded by Darron Burke. Over 30 years ago he met his future wife, Eliana, in Colombia. Eliana's grandmother nicknamed him "Don Pablo," and the couple traveled Latin America learning to grow and roast coffee.
- The company is Burke Brands LLC, doing business as Don Pablo Coffee, a family-owned roaster in Miami, Florida. Every bag is roasted to order in small batches and bagged within a couple of days of roasting, often the same day.
- Roasting facility: AIB food safety certified and USDA Organic certified (CCOF), with yearly inspections.
- All coffees are 100% Arabica, Non-GMO, specialty grade, and gluten free. Every lot of green coffee is cupped and scored by Don Pablo's licensed Q Grader, Emil Segebre, before it is roasted. Coffees are never blended with Robusta, past-crop or defective beans.
- Guarantee: if a customer doesn't love the coffee, Don Pablo refunds the order, no questions asked. Returns accepted for 30 days, including coffee bought at Costco or Sam's Club (with proof of purchase).
