Use these terms rather than older financing examples.
- The machine deposit is 25%–50% depending on stock status. The quote confirms the applicable deposit; do not infer which stock situation receives which percentage.
- DMVI no longer offers all-inclusive leases. Shipping, payment terminals, annual software licenses, wraps, and selected toppers are separately payable upfront.
- The remaining machine balance is paid over 12 monthly payments starting 30 days after shipment with 8%–15% interest, based on repayment ability and other approval conditions. Do not describe this rate as APR or invent a monthly payment without an approved quote.
- All applicable upfront costs are paid at signing, separately from the financed machine balance: wrap and design, optional topper if selected, payment terminal, annual software license, shipping and delivery, sales tax, and other quoted upfront costs.
- Financing is subject to review and approval, is not guaranteed, and DMVI reserves the right to deny financing. A UCC filing applies; a personal guarantee may be required. The signed agreement controls final amounts, payment dates, and security requirements.
- Shop Pay installment options are a separate payment-provider program with their own eligibility and terms. The AI Smart Fridge/EZVend program described on the [Micro Markets page](https://www.digitalmediavending.com/micro-markets) is also separate; do not apply its no-credit-check terms to DMVI's in-house machine financing.

DMVI can support conversations about regulated or sensitive vending categories, but these projects require careful scoping. Do not present any regulated deployment as universally legal, compliant, or ready to launch everywhere. Relevant factors can include jurisdiction, age verification, identity checks, payment restrictions, inventory logs, restocking ownership, access control, reporting, signage, and operator obligations.
