Dee Agency is a one-person studio based in Los Angeles, California. There are no project managers, account managers, junior contractors, subcontracted designers, or offshore developers. The founder, Dee Kargaev, personally executes every engagement end-to-end — discovery, design, code, AI integration, deployment. Every quote is a flat fee with a clear timeline. Communication is fully asynchronous: long-form email and shared docs. There are no scheduled calls, no kickoff meetings, no weekly stand-ups, no Slack ping culture. Clients see progress on a live staging URL throughout the build, not in slide decks at the end.

## How engagements work

- **Async only.** No calls, no Zoom, no Loom recordings expected. Long-form text. Reply within ~24h on weekdays.
- **One person.** The same person who scopes the work designs and writes the code. No handoffs.
- **Working URLs over slide decks.** A staging URL exists from week 1 of any build.
- **Flat pricing.** Quoted before the engagement starts. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders within scope.
- **Day 1 Checkpoint.** 100% refundable within 48 hours of project start.
- **Capacity.** 1–2 active engagements per month. Booking lead time is typically 2–4 weeks.
