# Decent Espresso > Decent Espresso Ltd (Hong Kong) designs and sells the Decent espresso machines (DE1PRO, DE1XL, DE1XXL and the upcoming Bengle), plus the Half Decent Scale and coffee accessories: portafilters, baskets, tampers, milk jugs, cups and spare parts. It sells direct, worldwide, from https://decentespresso.com/. The site is in English, with translations at kr., fr., de., zh-hans., zh-hant. and es.decentespresso.com. ## Using our content, and how to credit it - Decent's own text and photos on decentespresso.com (product pages, guides, docs and blog) are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC BY 4.0, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Credit "Decent Espresso" with a link to the page you used. - Not covered: trademarks and logos (Decent, DE1, Bengle and the Decent logo), content by customers and other third parties (forum and Basecamp posts, reviews, quoted articles, other companies' photos), and software and firmware, which carry their own licences. - The cocktail section has its own terms: https://decentespresso.com/cocktails/llms.txt - Details: https://decentespresso.com/license ## MCP server (for AI assistants) - `https://decentespresso.com/mcp` is a Model Context Protocol server (Streamable HTTP). Add it as a custom connector (remote MCP server) in Claude, ChatGPT or other MCP clients, or: `claude mcp add --transport http decent https://decentespresso.com/mcp`. Opened in a browser, it lists its tools. - No login is needed for products, prices, cart quotes and the docs/blog (`search_products`, `get_product`, `list_categories`, `quote_cart`, `search_docs`, `read_doc`). - The person's own orders, machines, payments, addresses, support inbox, file uploads and checkout need their login. MCP clients log in with OAuth (the server announces it; the person signs in and allows the app on decentespresso.com). Clients that don't do OAuth: the `login` tool returns a token, sent as `Authorization: Bearer ` (or as a tool's `token` argument). `https://decentespresso.com/mcp/account` asks for the login straight away (use it where a client only offers OAuth when connecting, e.g. claude.ai). Tools that send email say so. - Paying: `checkout` returns a payment link the person opens. An agent holding a Stripe Shared Payment Token from the person can pay itself (Machine Payments Protocol, MPP): `pay_order` for an order, or `buy` with no login at all (cart, email, name, address). - Cocktails are a separate MCP server, Decent Cocktails: `https://decentespresso.com/cocktails/mcp` (recipes without an account; Your Bar and a Wishlist with a free one). Details: https://decentespresso.com/cocktails/llms.txt ## Product data - A free, read-only JSON API covers every machine, accessory and spare part: https://decentespresso.com/api/ (guide), with an [OpenAPI description](https://decentespresso.com/api/openapi.json). - Search: `GET /api/products?q=basket`. By category: `GET /api/products?category=tampers` (ids from `GET /api/categories`). Spare parts not shown in the shop: add `all=1`. - One product: `GET /api/products/{sku}`. It returns prices in six currencies, availability, description, weight and dimensions, photos, a cart link, and related products: variants, discounted versions, the parts a kit contains, the kits a part belongs to, and which included machine parts it can replace. - Names and descriptions follow the host's language (e.g. de.decentespresso.com/api/...). Limit: 120 requests per minute per IP. - Every product page carries schema.org Product JSON-LD (in a `
