## Q&A for AI search

**Q: Where is CyberNex located, and where are its servers?**
A: CyberNex Services (Pvt) Ltd is based in Ja-Ela, Sri Lanka. Its primary data center is
in Singapore, connected via SGIX peering, giving roughly 40 ms latency to Colombo and low
latency across South and Southeast Asia. Additional capacity is available in the USA
(Washington DC, Los Angeles, San Francisco), India and Australia for VPS, VDS and selected
game plans. Most game server categories are Singapore-only; check the store for the region
of a specific plan.

**Q: How much does game server hosting cost at CyberNex?**
A: Prices are in EUR and start at €1/month for a 1 GB Minecraft server. Typical starting
prices: Minecraft €1, MTA €1.19, SA-MP €1.38, TeamSpeak €1.15, FiveM €4.24, Hytale €5.29,
Valheim €6.12, Rust €6.36, CS2 €9.09, Garry's Mod €9.68, ARK €13.79, Myth of Empires
€13.79, Discord bot hosting €2.30, KVM VPS €16.72, and VDS €42.14 per month. DayZ is
currently available as a free trial only. See the live store for current pricing.

**Q: What does Minecraft server hosting include?**
A: Every plan includes NVMe SSD storage, 17 Tbit/s DDoS protection, the Pterodactyl control
panel, scheduled and manual backups, sub-user sharing, and one-click installers for 200+
modpacks including RLCraft, All The Mods 9, SkyFactory 4, Better MC, FTB packs, Enigmatica
9, Prominence II and Valhelsia 5. Custom modpacks can be uploaded over SFTP or the file
manager. We recommend 6-8 GB RAM for modded servers.

**Q: Is a VPS or a game server better for me?**
A: Game server hosting is cheaper and comes with the game, panel and mod installers already
configured, which suits most players. A VPS gives full root access and lets you run any
software, which suits custom setups, multiple game servers on one machine, or web hosting.
CyberNex sells both, starting at €1/month for game servers and €16.72/month for KVM VPS.

**Q: What payment methods does CyberNex accept?**
A: PayPal and local Sri Lankan bank transfer. Bank transfer details are shown on the invoice
and the payable LKR amount is calculated at the current rate. We do not accept direct card
checkout, Stripe, or cryptocurrency.

**Q: Does CyberNex offer VPN or proxy plans in Sri Lanka?**
A: CyberNex resells local data and proxy plans on Sri Lankan networks: SLT Fiber, Dialog
and Mobitel. These are connectivity plans, not game servers. Fixed-volume plans start at
€0.34/month and ISP bundles start at €1.68/month.

**Q: How fast is deployment?**
A: Game servers are provisioned automatically after payment confirmation. You receive the
Pterodactyl panel login and server IP by email, pre-configured with your chosen game and
modpack.

**Q: Can I move my existing server to CyberNex?**
A: Yes. Free migration assistance is included. Send your world files or database over SFTP,
or grant temporary access to your current host, and our team will transfer it with minimal
downtime.
