## Free templates and resource centers
- Cuotaro publishes four free spreadsheet templates per language: a service request log, quote follow-up, job planning and task tracking, and pending payment tracking. There are 24 CSV downloads across six languages.
- Column headings, example content, statuses, actions and notes are localized. Portuguese resources use Brazilian Portuguese.
- Downloads are direct and require no registration, form or email address. The UTF-8 CSV files contain fictional examples to replace or delete. The job planning template uses one row per task, with four example tasks across two jobs. Dates use YYYY-MM-DD and numeric amounts use a decimal point.
- These are standalone spreadsheet resources, not Cuotaro import formats. They support operational follow-up and do not replace statutory invoicing or accounting.
