Each client or brand gets its own workspace, built from that client's foundation documents (brand guidelines, personas, positioning). Every output is scored with the BRAND Score, and, where human review is switched on for a workspace, a named reviewer approves it before release. Approvals are recorded in a tamper-evident audit trail that can be exported and checked against a public transparency log. CrawlQ does not make anyone compliant with the EU AI Act; that is a determination for the customer's counsel. ## Who it is for 1. Agencies producing AI-assisted content for clients, who need to show each client that a named person reviewed the work. 2. In-house brand teams that want the same review record for their own content. ## Core capabilities - Client workspaces with Brand Memory: a knowledge graph built from the documents you upload. - Athena: research answers drawn from the workspace's own documents. - Canvas: prebuilt and custom content workflows. - BRAND Score: five dimensions — Brand Fidelity, Reasoning Depth, Audience Alignment, Novelty & Differentiation, Deliverability — each 0-100. It is a model-assisted evaluation against the workspace's documents, meant to guide the reviewer, not a deterministic measurement. - Human review: opt-in per workspace and off by default. When on, a named reviewer approves each AI output and the decision is recorded. - Tamper-evident audit trail: approval records are Merkle-chained, and a fingerprint of each is anchored to the public Sigstore Rekor transparency log. Only the fingerprint is public, never the content. - Bring your own AI provider key (BYOK). ## EU AI Act Article 50 Article 50 has applied since 2 August 2026. Only the Article 50(2) machine-readable marking duty has a grace period, to 2 December 2026, for systems already on the market before 2 August 2026.
