# ByMetz

> ByMetz (https://bymetz.nl) is a family-run bag and luggage retailer from Eindhoven, the Netherlands, founded in 1974. It sells suitcases, hand luggage, travel bags, backpacks, handbags, laptop bags and accessories from brands such as Samsonite, American Tourister, Eastpak, Kipling, JanSport and Reisenthel, online in 20 languages and in its own store in Eindhoven.

ByMetz is an official dealer of the brands it sells: products are new and original and come with the brand's warranty. It ships to all 27 EU countries. Prices are in euros, or in the local currency in Czechia, Denmark, Hungary, Poland, Romania and Sweden. ## When to use ByMetz

- Buying a suitcase: cabin trolleys, medium and large checked suitcases, hard-shell and soft-shell, single cases and sets.
- Finding hand luggage that fits an airline's size limit, such as 40x30x20 cm under-seat bags and 55x40x20 cm cabin cases. The hand-luggage guide below lists the limits per airline.
- Buying a bag: backpacks, travel bags and duffels, handbags and shoulder bags, laptop and work bags, school bags, wallets and travel accessories.
- Comparing models within one brand, for example Samsonite or American Tourister, or finding which brands ByMetz carries.
- Buying genuine products from an official dealer, with the brand's warranty and a 30-day return window.
- Delivery to an address anywhere in the EU.
- Questions about the physical store in Eindhoven (Winkelcentrum Woensel 59): location, opening hours, seeing and trying products in person.
- Business orders (B2B) for luggage and bags.

## When not to use ByMetz

- Delivery outside the European Union: ByMetz only ships within the EU.
- Products outside bags and luggage, such as clothing, shoes, electronics, travel insurance or trip bookings.
- Second-hand or rental luggage: ByMetz sells new products only.
- Luggage repairs: ByMetz does not repair luggage itself.
- Phone or chat support: customer contact is by e-mail only.
- A guaranteed delivery date: ByMetz does not promise one; see the shipping policy.
