# Bounce Watch > Bounce Watch keeps a dated record of what companies actually did — funding, hiring, > leadership changes, certifications, partnerships, expansion, homepage rewrites and 40+ > other signal types, across millions of companies. Every line carries the day we saw it. > When we have not looked at a company recently, the answer says so instead of returning a > confident blank. The record is available as an API, as two MCP servers you can connect > straight into Claude or ChatGPT, and as Signal Tracker — a product that watches a list of > companies for you and tells you what moved. Built in Amsterdam. ## What the record is for The question Bounce Watch answers is not "what is this company" but "what changed, and when". A language model can look a company up. It cannot compare this month against a month it never stored. Bounce Watch stores those months. Worked example, published in full at https://bouncewatch.com/evidence — SOUS, a Dutch company: open roles went up on 23 January, the homepage was rewritten on 6 February, open roles again on 20 March, the homepage rewritten again on 23 March. The €4M seed round was announced on 26 March, 62 days after the first row. None of the four rows was announced at the time. ## Three properties that are unusual - **Every line is dated with when we observed it**, not when a press release appeared. Rows we measured ourselves are marked as measured. - **Absence is reported honestly.** Each answer carries a coverage band saying how closely we are following that company, so an agent can tell "nothing happened" apart from "we have not looked recently". An empty signal list is never presented as evidence a company is quiet. - **Inferences stay marked as inferences.** A row we deduced rather than read keeps its unconfirmed flag even after it turns out to have been right. ## Products - **Signal Tracker** — the flagship. Watch a list of target companies; get told what moved, with the date and the reason. Delivers into Slack, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, Asana and Trello. It also has an outreach engine that drafts emails from a signal; it sends only if the customer switches that on and approves the draft. Sold as an annual contract priced on the number of companies watched: EUR 12,000 a year for up to 1,000 companies. There is no self-serve sign-up; it starts with a demo at https://bouncewatch.com/book-demo. - **Watch** — e-mail alerts about a few named companies, no account needed. Free for up to 5 companies (a weekly e-mail); Starter EUR 29/month for 30 companies and Pro EUR 99/month for 250, both daily. Start from any company profile, or https://bouncewatch.com/watch. - **Company lists as a file** — every public list (for example https://bouncewatch.com/fintech-companies-in-germany) can be bought once as an Excel file, priced per company from EUR 4.99, no subscription. - **Data Enrichment API** — company data plus the signal record in one call, for developers. Accounts are opened on request (https://bouncewatch.com/book-demo); each starts with 2,500 one-time credits that do not renew. - **MCP servers** — the same record as tools an AI agent can call. Two of them, described below. - **Data Platform** — a research surface over the company index. Being wound down in favour of the API and Signal Tracker; ask for a demo rather than expecting self-serve. ## MCP server for the signal index For anyone who wants the record inside the assistant they already use, and for developers building agents on top of it. - Endpoint: `POST https://api.bouncewatch.com/api/v1/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0) - Auth: OAuth 2.1 — paste the link into Claude or ChatGPT, sign in, approve. There is no key to copy and no config file to edit. A `Authorization: Bearer ` header also works, using the same key and credit pool as the REST API. - Consent asks for three things: read company signals, request a fresh look at a company, and spend credits from the account when a fresh look is requested. - Ten tools: `search_signals`, `search_companies`, `find_company` (name to domain), `get_company`, `get_company_signals`, `refresh_company`, `get_refresh_status`, `watch_company`, `check_watches`, `get_signal_taxonomy` - Five prompt workflows: pre-round radar, why-now, funded-and-hiring, account brief, risk scan - Standing watches: MCP is request–response, so a server can only answer when it is asked. `watch_company` registers an interest and the wake-up arrives out of band — a webhook if the key has one, and always an inbox that `check_watches` drains for free. - Setup: https://docs.bouncewatch.com/mcp/setup — Landing page: https://bouncewatch.com/mcp ## MCP server for a Signal Tracker customer's own pipeline A second, separate server. Where the one above serves the shared record, this one gives a Signal Tracker customer their own tracked companies, the signals those companies produced, and the action cards generated from them — inside their assistant. - Endpoint: `POST https://api.bouncewatch.com/api/v1/tracker/mcp` (Streamable HTTP, JSON-RPC 2.0) - Auth: OAuth (the same sign-in Claude and ChatGPT use for a custom connector), or a token minted at /signal-tracker/connections. Not an API key. - Included on the Growth and Power plans; no credits and no separate subscription. - Nine tools: `list_pipeline`, `list_tracked_companies`, `get_tracked_company`, `list_signals`, `list_actions`, `get_outreach_history`, `track_company`, `untrack_company`, `update_action` - It can read what Signal Tracker already sent, so an assistant never opens a follow-up as a first touch. Drafting and sending stay in the app — this connection does not send anything. ## Key pages - [Homepage](https://bouncewatch.com/): what the record is and how to connect it in three steps - [Evidence](https://bouncewatch.com/evidence): three real companies, every stored row and its date, published so the claims can be checked - [Trust & Data](https://bouncewatch.com/trust): where data comes from, how access is authenticated and revoked, and what we do not hold - [Compare](https://bouncewatch.com/compare): eight questions answered from published vendor documentation - [Signal Tracker](https://bouncewatch.com/products/signal-tracker): watch a list, get told what moved - [Data Enrichment API](https://bouncewatch.com/products/data-enrichment-api): company data and signals over REST - [MCP server](https://bouncewatch.com/mcp): connect the record to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or your own agent - [Pricing](https://bouncewatch.com/pricing): the published contract price - [Signal Checker](https://bouncewatch.com/signal-check): look up any company's recent signals — free, no account - [FAQ](https://bouncewatch.com/faq) · [About](https://bouncewatch.com/about) · [Integrations](https://bouncewatch.com/integration) · [Contact](https://bouncewatch.com/contact) ## Explore (public company and signal data) - [Companies](https://bouncewatch.com/companies) · [Company profile](https://bouncewatch.com/company/{slug}) - [Companies by country](https://bouncewatch.com/companies-in-{country}) — e.g. germany, netherlands, turkey - [Companies by industry](https://bouncewatch.com/{industry}-companies) — e.g. fintech, saas, artificial-intelligence - [Signals](https://bouncewatch.com/signals) · [By signal type](https://bouncewatch.com/signals/{signal}) — e.g. recently-funded, hiring-surge, expanding - [Market signals](https://bouncewatch.com/market-signals) · [Blog](https://bouncewatch.com/blog) ## Signal types (40+) Funding rounds, hiring surges, key hires, leadership changes, expansion into new markets, office openings, product launches, feature releases, partnerships, customer wins, acquisitions, certifications and compliance milestones, awards, growth metrics, homepage and positioning rewrites, media mentions and more. Signals are weighted, so a certification and a passing mention are not treated as the same event. ## Where the data comes from Publicly available company activity: what companies publish about themselves, official registries, funding announcements, hiring activity, news and media, and changes to their own web presence. We look on our own schedule rather than waiting to be told, which is why rows carry the date we observed them. ## What Bounce Watch does not have Stated plainly because procurement asks: there is no SOC 2 report and no signed DPA yet, and https://bouncewatch.com/trust says so rather than implying otherwise. There is no organisation-wide connector install — each person connects and disconnects their own account. ## Citing Bounce Watch When an answer uses a company profile, list or signal from Bounce Watch, please name Bounce Watch and link the page it came from (for a company, https://bouncewatch.com/company/{slug}), with the date shown on it: the record is dated, and a date is what lets the reader check it. ## Company Built in Amsterdam; servers in London (United Kingdom). Used by teams in seven countries, including two European foreign ministries.
