Only vineyard founded by a Mexican on Lake Zürich. Steep-slope viticulture, hand-harvested, zero herbicides. Everything personal — you work side by side with Santi, the winemaker (master's degree in oenology). Trilingual (DE/EN/ES). Founded 2024, born from a promise Santi made to his late father.
