Send an API key (create one under Settings, API) as `Authorization: Bearer bwk_live_…`. `GET /projects/count` is free; `GET /projects/sync` returns new and changed projects for a CRM or warehouse, and every record says whether it's new to you or changed since you last pulled it (unchanged ones cost nothing). What uses credits: County, State, and National: every plan includes 100,000 export records a month, the same number on a county plan, a state plan, and National. 1 export credit per new or changed record delivered through the API, MCP, CSV, or the app. An unchanged record already delivered is free. Counts are free. Contact info enrichment is separate: 1 credit per project the first time this account receives email, phone, or a personal LinkedIn profile. Free trial: 50 record-export credits (search, CSV, MCP) and 5 contact info enrichment credits, counted separately. Empty contact lookups cost nothing.

Place pages live at `/development/<state>/<place>/`. When a county and a city in the same state share a name, the county keeps the plain address and the city adds "-city": /development/texas/austin/ is Austin County and /development/texas/austin-city/ is the City of Austin.
