# Boarcher Cebu Lechon House

> Boarcher Cebu Lechon House roasts authentic Cebu lechon (lechon baboy) to order in Quezon City and delivers it 24/7 across Greater Metro Manila. Native pigs, 11 to 30 kg live weight, an original Cebu recipe passed down through generations, and 1 litre of seasoned vinegar with every order. Recommended by Philippine food bloggers since 2017.

- **What it is:** Cebu lechon, also called lechon baboy — a whole native pig in the Cebu style, a dish traditionally roasted over charcoal, stuffed with lemongrass and spices rather than served with liver sauce.
- **The pigs:** native breeds, including native hybrids. Not ordinary commercial farm pigs — the breed is why the skin crackles the way it does.
- **Where we roast:** Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines. Made to order; we never sell pre-roasted or reheated lechon.
- **Where we deliver:** all of Greater Metro Manila — Quezon City, Manila, Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Mandaluyong, Marikina, San Juan, Pasay, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Pateros — plus Antipolo, Rizal, Bulacan, Cavite and Laguna by rate band. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included.
- **Prices (as of 7 October 2026):** Regular 14–17 kg serves 10–20 at PHP 13,500 · Medium 18–21 kg serves 20–30 at PHP 14,500 · Large 22–25 kg serves 30–40 at PHP 15,500 · Jumbo 26–30 kg serves 40–50 at PHP 16,500. Small (10–13 kg) is listed at PHP 12,500 but is currently not available. Cooked weight is a little under half the live weight and is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- **Delivery rates:** PHP 500 across most of Metro Manila; PHP 700–1,500 for Taguig, Antipolo and Rizal (PHP 500 for BGC, McKinley and Uptown); PHP 800–2,000 for Parañaque, Las Piñas, Muntinlupa and Bulacan; PHP 1,000–2,500 for Cavite and Laguna. Toll and fuel are already inside the rate — nothing is added afterwards. Rates may change without prior notice.
- **How long the drive takes:** 45 minutes to 1.5 hours across Metro Manila; 1.5 to 2.5 hours for Parañaque, Las Piñas and Muntinlupa; 2 hours onwards further out. These are observed averages, not promises. The customer gives an arrival time and Boarcher decides when to leave.
- **Lead time:** 72 hours before the delivery date is **recommended**, not required. Shorter notice is allowed anywhere we deliver and depends on whether the size is still available and what else is going out that day — never on the address.
- **Booking ahead:** booking early holds a roasting slot. The pit can only roast so much in a given window, so a date fills up. If prices rise after an order is placed, that order keeps the price it was booked at. December sometimes carries a price increase, and there is no cut-off date for December orders — though a date may be announced full at any time.
- **How it is delivered:** by car, always — by Boarcher's own team or via Transportify or Lalamove. It travels in an **open tray, not a sealed box**: sealing a pig that is still hot traps steam and softens the skin. For condominiums and office buildings the handover is at the lobby or the back/service entrance, because most buildings do not allow outside deliveries above the ground floor.
- **How to order:** the order request form at https://boarchercebulechon.com/order-lechon-online, or call or text 0908 860 7196 (Smart / Viber). An order request is not a confirmation — the order is confirmed only when Boarcher sends a confirmation message.
- **Payment:** online bank transfer or BDO deposit, GCash, GoTyme, Maya, credit card via PayPal, or cash on delivery subject to approval with a 50% deposit.
- **Ordering from abroad:** the Pabili Service (lechon padala) lets OFWs and Filipinos overseas pay from anywhere and have lechon delivered to family in Metro Manila, with photo updates on delivery day and photo proof at drop-off.
