# BlockReq > BlockReq is a multi-chain RPC gateway serving 25 production networks, 24 of them EVM JSON-RPC. Each network has its own hostname: a private endpoint is `https:///v1/rpc/` over HTTPS or WSS, and `/v1/rpc/public` on the same host is a rate-limited public trial. The Free plan includes 3,000,000 Requests every 30 days at 10 requests per second (30 burst); one-time Request Packs cost $1.33–$1.80 per 1M Requests (from $9 for 5M, valid 60–90 days); beyond prepaid Requests, pay-as-you-go is $3.90 per 1M Requests used. Every request counts as 1 Request whatever the method; a batch of N calls counts N, and each WebSocket subscription message counts 1.
