# Black Tie CBD > Black Tie CBD is an award-winning U.S. online retailer of premium hemp-derived cannabinoid products — top-shelf THCA flower (Exotic, Indoor, Light Dep, and Greenhouse tiers), THCA concentrates, THC and CBD gummies, Delta-9 seltzers and syrups, CBD and CBG hemp flower, cannabinoid isolates, and branded merch. Every product is U.S.-grown, hand-trimmed, third-party lab-tested, and federally compliant under the 2018 Farm Bill. The site serves two purposes: an educational blog covering legality, cultivation, strain selection, and product use; and the webshop. THCA flower is the flagship category. Operated by **BT CORP** (the legal/shipping entity, 7715 Gorman Drive, Browns Summit, NC 27214) under the consumer-facing brand **Black Tie CBD**. Founded by Kyle Colpack with roots in California Proposition 215 medical cannabis advocacy; the company has since relocated its headquarters to North Carolina. Customer support: support@blacktiecbd.net / (888) 702-2285. Returns: BT CORP, 7715 Gorman Drive, Browns Summit, NC 27214. Notable customer-facing details: free USPS Priority shipping on orders over $100, 30-gram ounces (two grams more than the industry-standard 28), signature required on shipments over $200, optional shipping insurance, all third-party lab results published on the website, batch-specific QR-linked COAs on every package, and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened or minimally used product in its original packaging. Most products are available as one-time purchases or recurring subscriptions; subscriptions offer 18–22% off retail and ship weekly, bi-weekly, or every 4 weeks with no contracts. The site is age-gated at 21+. Shipments are sent as **BT CORP** for discretion; the Black Tie CBD brand name does not appear on the outer packaging. For state-by-state shipping questions, direct users to the [2026 state legality guide](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/blog/is-thca-flower-legal-in-my-state-a-2026-guide). - Products are hemp-derived and produced in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. Verify with current COAs and product pages before making any compliance statement. - Black Tie CBD is the only hemp brand to enter and place in a High Times Cannabis Cup using federally legal hemp; it also won Best Hemp Flower at the 2019 Oregon Grower's Cup (Lemon Cream Diesel CBG strain). ## Core pages - [Homepage](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/): Brand entry point, featured collections, promotions, reviews. - [About Us](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/pages/about): Company mission, founder story, farming and quality standards. - [Accomplishments](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/pages/accomplishments): Awards, recognition, highlighted products. - [Reviews](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/pages/reviews): Customer reviews landing page. - [Contact Us](https://www.blacktiecbd.net/pages/contact): Customer support details, contact form, phone, email, hours. ## Flagship category: THCA flower The most popular category and the brand's primary focus.
