It handles what happens after you publish: comment moderation (spam, scams, hate, including under paid ads), AI replies to comments and DMs grounded on the brand's own FAQ, and comment-to-DM automations. Scheduling and publishing to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok is coming soon on the Pro plan. Made in France, used by SNCF and Galeries Lafayette. Blabla connects to a brand's own accounts through the official APIs (Meta Graph API, TikTok API, YouTube API, LinkedIn).
