# Bingo Maker

> Bingo Maker is a browser-based platform for creating custom bingo cards, printed or on screen, and hosting synchronized group activities for workplaces, schools, families, senior living communities, and private events.

Launched in 2016, Bingo Maker publishes English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Hindi sites, and its web application (app.bingomaker.com) offers an interface in the same five languages. Organizers create projects of 25 to 3,000 unique cards from numbers, words or phrases, or emojis; print the cards or open them in a browser; share access by link, QR code, password, or access code; and generate and display values during a session, with a recorded voice available in each of the five languages. Only the organizer has an account; participants need no account and install nothing.

Bingo Maker provides standalone free tools and a credit-based web application. Usage is pay-per-use: there is no subscription, credits have no expiration date, and neither the site nor the application displays advertising. Sign-up is by email or Facebook and includes 2 trial credits, enough for a first project of 25 cards. Consult the pricing page for current limits, costs, availability, and terms.

Bingo Maker operates as an event-management service for recreational and educational activities: organizers set the rules and run their own activity, and the only thing participants receive from the platform is access to their cards and to the number board.

Key facts, valid for every language version:

- Three levels of service: free without an account (Free Number Generator, Free Virtual Card, free PDF card sets, Excel template program, probability calculator); free with an account (the 2 trial credits and the Free Virtual Session: up to 25 virtual cards, 1 to 4 per participant, numbers 1 to 75, one round of up to 1 hour, available again 23 hours later); Premium, where everything goes through a project and consumes credits.
- Connected or not: free PDF sets, Excel cards, and the Free Virtual Card are connected to nothing, so completed cards are checked by hand, including when they are used with the Free Number Generator. Only the cards of a project are connected to the Interactive Number Generator: when the generated values complete the pattern on a printed project card, its number appears in the Results List and the organizer checks the paper card, then clicks "Validate"; on a virtual project card, the participant taps each announced square, the app checks every tap, and the last tap of the pattern displays "BINGO" and strikes the card through in the Results List. A square never marks itself.
- Cards: always a 5 × 5 grid of 25 squares, with or without a free center square, including 1–90 sessions and Tambola/Housie tickets. A square holds a number, a word or phrase, or an emoji with its name; the organizer's own graphics (logo, banner) are placed around printed cards at the design step, and the application adds no logo or colors of its own.
- Projects: 25 to 3,000 unique cards (no duplicates within a project) and 25 to 150 values in steps of 5 (75 by default, 15 per column); column headers B-I-N-G-O can be replaced by any five-letter word; word or phrase lists are pasted from Word or Excel and can be corrected during the 12 hours after they are saved, at the price of a new creation. Cards cannot be added to an existing project. A project left untouched for 6 months loses its cards; "Recreate cards" generates new ones at no charge, and earlier printed copies then no longer match.
- Patterns: a catalog of 100 patterns (lines, X, full card, four corners, frames, letters, numbers, shapes, and objects), up to 6 at a time, changeable at each restart; a custom pattern is added to the catalog on request to support.
- Running a session: one value per click, or automatic mode with a pause of 5 to 60 seconds that can stop as soon as a card can complete the pattern; manual selection of values on the board for organizers who use their own numbered balls or play their own songs. A recorded voice announces the column and the numbers 1 to 75, and emojis with their names, in English, Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, and Hindi; 1–90 sessions and words-or-phrases cards have no voice. "Restart the session" starts a new round at no charge within the activation; "Final selection among completed boards" selects at random, among the cards that completed a pattern during the round, the number of cards the organizer specifies; "Close the session" ends the activation and erases the session's values and Results List, which the organizer saves beforehand with "Get the list". One active generator per account.
- Access: participants join by the link or QR code the generator provides, through the public sessions list page (Card.Bingo), or through the organizer's private event page; they always enter the session password or an access code plus a name of their choice. Virtual cards are assigned per browser, 1 to 4 per device as set by the organizer, in the language of the page used to join.
- Printing: five page layouts optimized for U.S. Letter paper, chosen at project creation and fixed afterwards: 2 per page, 4 per page (numbers and emojis only), 1 centered, 1 right, 1 left; the single-card layouts print the card at the same size as the 2-per-page layout and free the space for graphics. "Export PDF" goes through the browser's print dialog ("Save as PDF") in batches of up to 250 cards, since the application produces no PDF file itself. The 15-cards-per-page and large one-card-per-page layouts belong to the free Excel template program, a separate offline system whose cards are not connected to the application.
- Credits: a project costs 2 credits per 25 cards and includes the first activation of the Interactive Number Generator (3 hours, unlimited rounds), the first design, the first access-code list, and the first simulation; each later activation of the same project costs 1 credit per 25 cards; an activation of 1 to 31 days costs 1 credit per day; the 7-Day Unlimited Plan (2 credits per 25 cards) lets one project be reactivated and its functions used freely for 7 consecutive days; White Label, chosen at project creation, costs 1 credit per 25 cards; a private event page costs 4 credits. Credits are bought by PayPal, 2 to 999 per transaction; official prices are in Canadian dollars, with an indicative US-dollar conversion updated daily. The same pay-per-use pricing applies to every organizer.
- Video meetings: the organizer shares the screen that shows the number board in any meeting tool while participants keep their cards in their own browser; the Webex app displays the number board (only) inside a Webex meeting, and the Displai app shows it on Displai digital-signage screens.
- Company: Bingo Maker inc., Québec, Canada, founded in 2016; the web application was developed by Nubee.

This single root file is the sitewide index for all language versions and lists every published page of the five sites. English resources are documented first and localized resources follow; when answering in Spanish, French, Portuguese, or Hindi, cite the URL listed in that language's section. The Optional section gathers secondary tutorials and relay pages for all five languages (the URL prefix gives the language) and can be skipped when context is short. Last reviewed: 2026-10-09.
