# Bikago > Bikago is a licensed scooter and motorbike rental company, founded in 2014, operating in Bali, Nusa Penida and Lombok (Indonesia), Phuket, Krabi and Chiang Mai (Thailand) and Siargao (Philippines). Customers book online, see the price instantly and have the bike delivered to their hotel or villa, or handed over at Bali and Phuket airports. Helmets, a phone holder and 24/7 English-speaking roadside assistance are included; insurance is optional. Key facts about renting with Bikago: - Bikago has served more than 60,000 customers. The fleet of 800+ vehicles is company-owned, and no bike is more than three years old. - Rentals run by the day, week or month. Longer rentals are discounted automatically, and monthly rates are available. - Every rental includes up to two helmets, a mounted phone holder, a first aid kit and 24/7 English-speaking support and roadside assistance. If a bike breaks down, Bikago brings a replacement. - Optional Bikago insurance covers damage to the bike and theft with a USD 95 excess. It does not include third-party or medical cover. With Bikago insurance, no security deposit is required. - Bikago does not keep customers' passports. - Riders in Indonesia and Thailand need an International Driving Permit (IDP) with a motorcycle endorsement, or a local motorcycle licence. Bikago can help customers apply for an IDP online. - Bikes rented on mainland Bali cannot be taken on the fast boat to Nusa Penida (Bikago runs a separate fleet there). Phuket rentals stay on Phuket. - Typical models: Honda Vario 160 ABS, Yamaha NMax, Honda ADV 160 ABS, Yamaha XMAX and Honda CRF in Bali; Honda Click, Yamaha NMax, Honda PCX and Honda ADV in Phuket. Fleets differ by location. - Prices, delivery fees and minimum rental periods vary by destination, season, model and rental length.
