Beamprobe is a self-serve virtual data room. Founders and advisors create a "room", upload PDFs (or Office docs auto-converted via LibreOffice), generate per-recipient tracked links, gate access with an NDA, and get real-time per-page analytics on who viewed what. Pricing is flat (£29 Pro, £79 Business) with no per-user fees and a 7-day Pro trial that requires no card.
