# Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar

> Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar is a wine bar and New American restaurant in Midtown Manhattan at 11 West 31st Street, New York, NY 10001, steps from the Empire State Building and a short walk from Penn Station, Madison Square Garden and Herald Square. Open since 2007, Ayza is known for wine and chocolate pairings, signature chocolate martinis, a curated list of 29 wines including New York producers, and a happy hour six days a week. Seating is indoors and on a flower-adorned enclosed patio that is open year round. Ayza is also a private event venue hosting corporate gatherings, cocktail receptions, weddings and sit-down dinners for groups of up to 40 guests.

## Hours

- Dinner: Sunday to Wednesday 4 PM to 10 PM (kitchen closes 9:30 PM); Thursday 4 PM to 11 PM (kitchen closes 10:30 PM); Friday and Saturday 4 PM to 12 AM (kitchen closes 11:30 PM)
- Happy Hour: Sunday to Friday, 4 PM to 6 PM. Saturday is the one day without happy hour.
- Ayza does not serve lunch or brunch. Service begins at 4 PM every day.
- Reservations are recommended Thursday to Saturday. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
