> Arizona Pain (legal entity: Arizona Pain Specialists, LLC) is an interventional pain management practice serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, with 9 clinic locations and 3 surgical centers across the Valley. The practice uses an integrated model in which interventional pain physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, nurse practitioners and physician assistants collaborate on a single treatment plan per patient.

Arizona Pain treats chronic and acute pain conditions including back pain, neck pain, sciatica, spinal stenosis, herniated and degenerative discs, joint and extremity pain, arthritis, peripheral neuropathy, complex regional pain syndrome, migraines and headaches, fibromyalgia, vertebral compression fractures, and post surgical pain.

Treatment is emphasized as minimally invasive, outpatient and opioid sparing. Procedures offered include epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, facet joint and medial branch injections, sacroiliac joint injections, nerve blocks, spinal cord stimulation, dorsal root ganglion therapy, peripheral nerve stimulation, the Intracept procedure, the MILD procedure, kyphoplasty, and trigger point injections.
