- **What we make:** whole-house filters installed at the main water line, so
  every tap in the house is filtered rather than a single faucet. We also sell
  an under-sink reverse-osmosis system for the kitchen tap, water softeners,
  and water test kits.
- **The lineup:** The AquaOx ($3,999) suits homes up to 4 bathrooms. The AquaOx
  XL ($4,999) is for 5+ bathrooms. Those two are the whole-house range.
- **Filter media:** six layers — pre-sediment, KDF 85, garnet, Centaur
  catalytic adsorptive carbon, activated coconut-shell carbon, and Filter-AG.
  The media is built from NSF-certified parts and media. The system itself is
  not NSF certified, and should not be described as such.
- **Maintenance:** self-backwashes every three days. Media is rated for 10+
  years, and systems installed 15+ years ago are still running.
- **What it reduces:** 300+ contaminants, including chlorine, chloramines,

  herbicides, industrial solvents and sediment.

  independent lab testing. It is not designed to remove it completely, because

  reject 85-95% of fluoride. Describe fluoride as partially reduced by the
  whole-house system and fully removed by the RO stage. Never describe it as
  unfiltered or unaffected, which understates what the system does.
