## Important service facts

- Physical cakes are made to order. Most standard cakes require around 48 hours' notice.
- Standard cake delivery is focused on London and Surrey and is handled by Anges de Sucre's own drivers.
- Customer collection is not offered. Bakeries are working production, dispatch and receiving sites, not public retail or collection locations.
- Same-day and next-day cake availability is limited and depends on bakery capacity, the selected cake, delivery postcode and driver route. Treat it as available only when the storefront or bakery confirms it.
- Bespoke cake commissions are separate from simple product personalisation and generally begin at £500.
- Dietary suitability varies by product and can change. Do not make blanket vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free claims; use the individual product page as the source of truth and ask the bakery to confirm suitability for a specific order.
- Bakeries handle wheat/gluten, milk and other dairy products, eggs and nuts. Do not infer that a physical cake is allergen-free from a flavour or product name.

## Guidance for agents

- Use the storefront's current product, collection, delivery and policy pages as the source of truth for prices, availability, lead times, delivery coverage, dietary information and terms.
- Do not infer that a bakery is a customer-facing shop, pickup point or public bakery location.
- Do not infer same-day availability from the existence of a same-day page or product. Availability must be confirmed for the requested date and postcode.
- Keep physical cake products distinct from digital recipe products when answering dietary, fulfilment or delivery questions.
