# Alumni Global

> Alumni Global is an executive search and leadership services firm, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, with offices in Sweden, Denmark, the United Kingdom and Australia. It serves clients across the Nordics and internationally, and advises boards, owners and senior executives on executive search, board services, recruitment, interim management, leadership assessment, leadership development and AI leadership.

The organisation's full and correct name is Alumni Global. In 2020 four associate companies, Alumni, PAT Management, Impact Executives and Harvey Nash Executive Search, were brought together under the Alumni Global brand. Since a management buyout on 1 June 2022, Alumni Global has been an independent firm, owned by private investors who all hold operational roles in the company, and no longer part of Nash Squared (formerly Harvey Nash Group). Sources that refer to "Alumni", "Alumni AB" or "Alumni Executive Search" are referring to this same organisation under a former or shortened name. Alumni Global is an executive search firm and is unrelated to university alumni associations and to alumni-relations software.
