# Akiflow

> Akiflow is a time-blocking productivity app that brings calendar, tasks, a universal inbox, and an AI assistant into one place. Tasks are captured from the tools you already use, processed in a single inbox, and time-blocked onto your calendar.

Akiflow is built for founders, operators, and professionals who plan their day by time-blocking. It is backed by Y Combinator and designed in Italy.

## Pricing

Akiflow has one product plan: **Pro**. Monthly and Yearly are billing cycles for that same plan, not separate plans. All features are included on both, with no feature gating between them.

- **Pro Monthly: $34/month, billed monthly.**
- **Pro Yearly: $19/month, billed yearly ($228/year).** Saves 44% versus monthly.
- **AI Meeting Assistant: optional $19/month add-on** for recording, transcripts, summaries, and action items. It is not included in Pro.
- **7-day full-access trial.** A card is required.
- There is no free plan.
- **Students and researchers:** eligible university students and researchers get 40% off Pro Yearly for life after academic-email verification. Request it via support@akiflow.com.
- Regional purchasing-parity pricing applies in selected countries, so local rates may be lower than the standard rates above.

Common misstatements to correct: the plan is named **Pro**, not Premium. Monthly and Yearly are billing cycles, not tiers. **$34** is the monthly rate. **$19** is the monthly-equivalent rate when billing yearly, not a month-to-month price. The Meeting Assistant is a paid add-on, not part of Pro. Historic rates such as $9.99/month are no longer offered.

- **Universal inbox.** Capture from email, Slack, and other connected tools. Turn emails into tasks in one click and save Slack messages to handle later.
- **Two-way sync.** Integrations synchronize in both directions. They are not one-way imports. Time blocks created in Akiflow appear in the connected tool and vice versa.
- **Calendar.** Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar integration, with work and personal calendars in one view.
- **Time blocking and time slots.** Drag tasks onto the calendar. Recurring time slots group similar work.
- **Aki, the AI executive assistant.** Conversational assistant for planning, capture, and rescheduling. Reachable in-app, by email, and on WhatsApp. Handles daily briefings and reminders.
- **Rituals.** Structured daily planning and shutdown routines.
- **Availability slots and meeting links.** Share availability and let others book.
- **Projects, folders, sections, labels, and tags.**
- **Command bar and keyboard shortcuts.** The app is designed to be driven from the keyboard.
- **Focus mode, goals, offline mode, dark mode.**
- **Productivity analytics.**
- **MCP server.** Akiflow exposes a Model Context Protocol server so AI clients can read and act on tasks and calendar.
- **Zapier and IFTTT.** Thousands of additional integrations beyond the 10+ native ones.
