# Acquire.Fi > Acquire.Fi is an M&A, secondaries and physical-asset marketplace for frontier technology. It sources crypto and Web3 businesses, token positions, licensed financial entities, Nvidia GPU compute and secondary-market gas turbines direct from their owners, and matches them with verified buyers under NDA. Acquire.Fi has worked in digital assets and frontier technology since 2021, with entities in Singapore and Panama. As of October 2026: 350+ deals reviewed, $140M+ in closed deal value, 500+ verified buyers and a $500M+ order book. Seller listings are curated, and roughly 3% of applications are accepted. Acquire.Fi runs order books and makes introductions. It screens both sides before any introduction, does not buy assets onto its own balance sheet to resell them, does not hold client funds, does not negotiate terms on licensed-entity deals, and is not a licensed crypto asset service provider. Buyers and sellers use their own legal, technical and regulatory advisers. Fees are success-based, and posting a requirement or listing an asset on the GPU and energy desks is free.
